Logic Cubs is a learning app for young children, made by Hetu Works LLC ("we," "us"). We built it to be a safe, private place for children to learn — with no advertising, no tracking, and no third‑party analytics. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices parents have.

The short version: Children don't create accounts or enter personal information. We never track children or show ads. A parent may optionally sign in (with Apple or Google) to save progress across devices. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

Logic Cubs is directed to children. We designed it so that we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children use the app without signing in or entering any personal details. Actions that involve accounts, purchases, or links out of the app are placed behind a parental gate (an adult must solve a challenge), so they are controlled by a parent, not a child.

What we collect, and why

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos (except a picture your child chooses to save to your own Photos, which stays on your device), advertising identifiers, or any data for tracking or advertising.

What we never do

We never show third‑party ads.
We never track users or use advertising identifiers (no IDFA / ATT).
We never use third‑party analytics or crash‑reporting SDKs.
We never sell or rent personal information.

Service providers we use

We use a small number of trusted providers strictly to operate the app. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

Apple — the App Store, Sign in with Apple, and in‑app purchases.
RevenueCat — manages subscription status (does not receive children's identity).
Google Firebase — parent sign‑in (Authentication) and secure storage of account and progress data (Firestore/Storage).

How data is stored and protected

Account and progress data is stored with Google Firebase and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access is limited to the signed‑in parent's own account.

Your choices & deleting your data

Use without an account: the app works without signing in.
Delete everything: open the app → the Grown‑ups (Parents) area → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated child profiles and progress from our systems.
Parental rights (COPPA): a parent may review or request deletion of their child's information at any time by using in‑app deletion or emailing us below.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
