These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hetu Works LLC ("we," "us") for the Logic Cubs mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for your family's personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The App is intended for young children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Account creation, purchases, and links out of the App are placed behind a parental gate and are intended to be performed by an adult. You are responsible for supervising your child's use.
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, resell, or misuse the App, or use it in any unlawful way.
Logic Cubs provides practice activities for learning and enrichment. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any specific school, test, or assessment, and we make no guarantee of any particular educational outcome or test result.
The App and its content are owned by Hetu Works LLC and protected by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hetu Works LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update the App or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end the service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.
